Talking to your doctor or healthcare professional about your mental or physical health can be difficult, especially if you are not used to talking about how you feel.
Read through this checklist or print out a paper version in the Downloads section below, and write some notes before you go to your appointment.
Before your appointment here are some questions to think about before going to your appointment.
Preparing for your appointment will help you to remember exactly what you wanted to tell your doctor or other healthcare professional about your symptoms and concerns.
This information will also help your healthcare professional identify the issue and treat your symptoms.
•What are your symptoms, and how long have you had them for?
•Are the symptoms constant or episodic (come and go)?
•How long do they last?
•Do they happen at specific times?
•Do they cause pain?
•How would you describe the pain? (For example: sharp, a dull ache, throbbing)
•Is there anything that makes the symptoms better, or worse?
•What is the impact of these symptoms on your life?
•Do they affect your ability to work or socialise?
•Do they affect your ability to carry out your daily activities e.g. walking, climbing stairs, exercise or hobbies?
•What actions have you taken to treat or manage the condition?
• Have these actions been effective in reducing the frequency or impact of the symptoms?

•What is the name of the disease or the condition?
• How is it caused?
•Are there symptoms that might develop where I should seek immediate medical help?
•How might the condition develop? Can it go away completely or is it life-long?
•Does it get worse with age?Are there any long-term effects on my life with this condition? Can it go away and then re-occur?
•Is there a possibility of relapse? Is there anything I can do in the meantime to help manage the symptoms?
• Do I need to have any tests done to get a diagnosis? What do these tests involve? Are the tests safe? How long will I have to wait for a result? What are the different treatment options?
•How effective is each treatment option?
•What are the benefits and risks of each treatment option?
•What is the cost of each treatment?
•Are there less-expensive tests, treatments or procedures?
•Are there generic drugs instead of brand-name drugs that I can use?
•How long will the treatment take to begin working?
•Are there any side effects of the treatment?
•What is Plan B – if the first course of action does not work?

Q- What we actually know about Saari?
Ans- A sari, saree or shari is a women’sgarment from the Indian subcontinent that consists of an unstitched drape varying from 4.5 to 9 metres (15 to 30 feet) in length and 600 to 1,200 millimetres (24 to 47 inches) in breadth that is typically wrapped around the waist, with one end draped over the shoulder, baring a portion of the midriff. There are various styles of sari manufacture and draping, the most common being the Nivi style, which originated in the Deccan region. The sari is worn with a fitted bodice commonly called a choli (ravike in southern India, and cholo in Nepal) and a petticoat called ghagra, parkar or ul-pavadai.In the modern Indian subcontinent, the sari is considered a cultural icon.

Modern women in Saari💕
💯“She was powerful not because she wasn’t scared but because she went on so strongly, despite the fear.” 💕
On this women’s Day let’s talk about what Women’s want!
🔴What Women Want?💕 👉You can have all answer from age 12 to age 82 I have got this variation thought from their post cards. So actually today’s Women is something which is full of enthusiasm and energy. They are not egoistic , but they are just living life at fullest.
Women Want From the Men in Their Lives
And, yes, the list absolutely includes good sex between partners.
I’ve conducted a lot of research regarding women’s friendships and the ways that people can most effectively maintain healthy connections over the long-term. In a recent study, however, we explored what women, from 18 to 75, need from the men in their lives. Not surprisingly, the qualities women seek in heterosexual romantic partners, male friends, and men in general, are not all that different from what they seek in a friend. This makes sense: Any good relationship is built on some basic, down-to-earth qualities.
Traits of Moral Integrity
Mutual respect is an all-or-nothing proposition: Once a person loses respect for a partner, all bets are off. Women should be given the same respect that men offer other men. When a person is made to feel disrespected or patronized, the relationship is likely to end sooner rather than later. In terms of romantic relationships, even when you’re angry or disappointed by a partner, respect should be maintained.
Open communication that occurs regularly and tactfully is essential. A healthy relationship flourishes when communication is clear.
Honesty is another “make or break” trait: Don’t give someone any reasons to doubt you.
Trust and trustworthiness allow relationships to deepen.
Taking responsibility for actions and behavior. Long-term healthy relationships require a high level of maturity. Without it, disagreements and conflict worsen as couples engage in the “blame game.” Communication fails and emotional damage can be done that cannot be easily repaired.
As for sex, women ask that men don’t make everything about sex – i.e., don’t do favors that you assume will result in sexual favors being done for you. Your good behavior should not be viewed simply as a means towards a particular end. Good sex can’t be bought, and by expecting sex as a payoff for doing something that pleases your partner, you turn a potentially romantic encounter into more of a business deal. Few and far between are the women who want to feel that they owe sex to a partner.
Sexual activities that are geared to pleasing your partner, not just yourself, are what your partners need you to provide. Sex should be a fun adventure that allows partners to explore and expand their sexual connection, not just a repetition of the same old, same old. As one participant shared, “Men need to ditch the myth of female sexual purity once and for all: With the right partner, women enjoy sex every bit as much as a man.”
Aviation offered such fun as crossing the continent in planes large and small, trying the whirling rotors of an autogiro, making record flights. With these activities came opportunity to know women everywhere who shared my conviction that there is so much women can do in the modern world and should be permitted to do irrespective of their sex.
👉These are some postcards and articles on women’s day 8 march from our patients and women’s around me. These cards not only show how happy they feel as a women but how much confidence they have inside them. As a Physiotherapist we have to build their self confidence and remove all barrier from their life to be diseases free.
What Everyone Deserves
Women need the men in their lives to be feminist allies who want to see the women in their lives succeed every bit as much as they want to enjoy their own success. Men should take time to recognize and acknowledge a woman’s strengths and respect her for all that she brings to their relationship. And when it comes to romantic connection, women want the same things men want; they might just want them in a different order.
Happy Women’s Day to all of you ✌️✌️.

I’m interested in women’s health because I’m a woman. I’d be a darn fool not to be on my own side.
It’s okay to talk about birth, okay – then menstruation. I first started my advocacy for women’s health in the field of reproductive freedom, and the next stage would be bringing menopause out of the closet.
This was powerfully expressed by the former first lady, Michelle Obama, as she spoke at the Elizabeth G.Anderson School in 2009. “Communities and countries and ultimately the world are only as strong as the health of their women.”
It’s an interesting question. I bet a lot of people think that women get the same quality of care as men. The evidence would say something different.
Women’s health includes a wide range of specialties and focus areas, such as: Birth control, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and gynecology. Breast cancer, ovarian cancer, and other female cancers. … Women and heart disease.
Common Reproductive Health Concerns for Women
Endometriosis.
Uterine Fibroids.
Gynecologic Cancer.
HIV/AIDS.

Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs)
As an emerging clinician in this speciality area, you want to forge your professional identity and establish your “brand.” You may think that identifying yourself as a “Pelvic Health PT” will distinguish you from the pack, grow your practice, and announce to the world what you do professionally. As you promote your distinctive skills, why do your patients/clients trust you? They have confidence in your skills because your practice is based on the best evidence available. Without research to back up your work, you are standing on a house of cards. A name designates who you are and what you are about. We want to be expansive. We bridge to the information we need to help our practice flourish. We want to be the place where all physical therapists look for information, not only about pelvic health, but also for all aspects of women’s health. I choose to keep name to help correct the underrepresentation of health care research for women. The Section on Women’s Health, that will officially become the Academy of Pelvic Health, has always been helpful to those new to this area of PT with continuing education, residencies, and specialty degree. All of this support has been terrific at facilitating specialty practice and entrepreneurship. I am truly grateful for the continued backing from the section/academy for the success of this. What can you, as a clinician, do? Include your case in your social media posts. Invite those who are involved in research . Most importantly, read; read and tell people what you are reading and why.
What does the Women’s Health Program cover? Women’s Health Program The Women’s Health Program (WHP) is a Medicaid program that provides checkups and birth control, but not abortion, to low-income, uninsured women who would receive Medicaid if they were pregnant.
Some common causes include: Emotional causes, such as stress, relationship problems, depression or anxiety, a memory of sexual abuse or rape, and unhappiness with your body. Physical causes, such as hormone problems, pain from an injury or other problem, and certain conditions such as diabetes or arthritis.
They share a contribution to a better understanding of health care for women.
